Army Blackhawk squawking 7500, "hijack" code.

"When setting transponder codes, care must be taken not to accidentally set an emergency code"

Not sure what's going on. Prob a training situation. It's very common to see a cluster of aircraft training N of Pensacola Naval air station.

He's still squawking 7500 at 825' elev. 85 kts and I don't see anything abnormal about the route he's flying. There's another copter nearby.

These 2 blackhawks are flying together less than 1 km apart and the squawker is down to 300' elevation. I'm not worried.

>>2111629 Very good. You looked up 7500 and verified that when I said "hijack code" it was accurate.

He's off the radar now. I would guess he landed. You really cannot tell because all you get are snapshots of altitude, speed, and position, and then none and you have to infer what could have happened.
