>โ€ฆdoes she get arrested?

Of course not, anon. No one in Congress has a set of balls. No one will get the floor and say "I move to find Lisa Page in contempt of Congress", and then have the sergeant at arms go get her.

(By the way, that's called a writ of attachment when a judge does it. Your jurisdiction may vary).

IANALF, but if you ignore a subpoena, the judge can order bailiffs and or police to go get you. This is called a writ of attachment, or a bench warrant. (There may be technical differences, As I said, I'm not a lawfag.)

Anyway, congress has this same power, and it has been used before. A lawfag posted about it at the beginning of RR giving the finger to congress.

Oh, and by the way, if you are a peon, a judge won't give two shits if you've had "time to review the material".
