Stockton is a ghetto. No wonder they are doing it there.
Haven't heard that, but there was more than average amount of predatory lending going on back in the day, so when a house pmt was $900 per month the first and doubled the second year, there were many, many foreclosures. Sad.
But, I don't see the practical point of this other than dem vote digging.
