Overview:
Chevron allowed 3-letters to regulate by changing one definition at a time. Now every one of those definitions may be challenged.
Examples:
*The EPA won't be able to regulate your back yard ditch as "navigable water"
*The FDA won't be able to outlaw your vitamins
*The ATF won't be able to force background checks when your father wants to pass along your grandfather's old revolver
