I posted it cuz, although Q posted it in July, the actual picture was taken during Christmas (2013) in London.
I would think again as to that being Stzrok/Page. There was no Crossfire Hurricane in DEC2013.

As Q said, disinfo exists. Something else was going on in those London pics. Am not saying they are discredited. On the contrary, all digs show pics from Christmas 2013. I dug exclusively and exhaustively to date those pics. Only one other anon dug moar than me. If someone was LARP faking they went to extreme measures to get every picture from Christmas 2013. Not likely.

I think Q has a sense of humor and our digs on all the ROT and CH pic angles show the ‘traf cam’ reference was tongue-in-cheek and that the ‘camera’ had legs. Keep remembering disinfo is necessary. One of the pics is quite obviously taken at street level an just over the roofs of passing cars. picrel of pic I marked up.
There are other things about the Victoria Embankment pics to indicate some might not be from the same evening/series. Def 2 timeframes/series of pics.
LISA and CH3 are outliers. Lisa shows no trash bins beyond the tree in front of TATTS’ gangplank, whereas all the other ROT series show trash bins in front of that tree. And it’s after hours so nobody was going back to that location to remove or put out the trash.
No trash bins seen in front of that hotel as pedestrians walk by in the pedestrian sequence pics. But trash bins are put out in CH3.
We know the Embankment pics are after hours for both restaurant ships. (see picrels from DEC2013) showing blue disco lighting on the deckrails as well as festooned mast lights on HISPANIOLA. That’s what those ships looked like during business hours.
