some screenshots are for timestamp purposes and additional proof that POTUS directly retruthed it. when clicking the link to a retruth, the only indication that POTUS interacted with it is the URL, it shows realDonaldTrump instead of whoever posted the meme/reply but it doesn't say that he retruthed it, so it's hard to judge that as reliable. And yeah otherwise it's only verified by scrolling the feed on his page.
