Presidents have Constitutional immunity, as long as what they do is officially allowed in the US Constitution. They DO NOT have immunity doing something that is *Unconstitutional or without that authority invested in them. THAT was the SCOTUS decision, it made it very clear.

The US federal government is in the process of building a massive network of internment camps spanning all 50 states intended not to house illegal aliens, but political dissidents, a shocking new documentary claims.
Speaking to Redacted’s Clayton Morris, former Customs and Border Protection agent J.J. Carrell revealed a whistleblower in his upcoming documentary, “Treason,” exposes the scheme to build massive facilities that can house tens of thousands of people in every state.
“It’s not for these illegals,” says former federal contractor Kristi Hutcherson in an excerpt from the documentary. “I believe it’s… kind of like what Nazis did with the Jews, concentration camps, processing facilities. They’re going to need somewhere to process the dissidents,” she says.
The 24-year CBP veteran went on to tell Morris that Hutcherson has access to federal databases where bids are placed for a variety of contracts.
“But… she says to me there’s bids for detention facilities being built in all 50 states in America,” he said.
Carrell notes despite hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants entering the US, he’s been informed by sources that the facilities, many of which are on the southern border, contain as many as 40,000 empty beds.
Asked what the facilities look like, Carrell described, “I think they’re going to look like just the facilities that we’re seeing where the children are being held in, those FEMA camps.”
“That’s what they’re building. They’re building FEMA camps,” Carrell said, describing soft-sided large white tents surrounded by barbed-wire like those seen in New York City to house the migrant influx.
“So you’re telling me this government, the government that’s been lying to you for decades is now all going to be Kumbaya and they found God and they’re going to do the righteous things? Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?” Carrell asked. “They locked you in your houses for months on some BS COVID stuff, right? COVID was real, but they locked you in your houses. What happens when we rise up and go, ‘I’m not staying in my houses.’ Oh, you’re not? National Guard, martial law, round them up.” Carrell’s warnings come as the Biden regime has already been weaponizing the judicial system to go after its political enemies, imprisoning key members of Donald Trump’s presidential administration as well as prosecuting the former president.
“Treason” is set to be released on Oct. 10, 2024.

I know some here may not trust the news source this came from, but I can assure you the government is up to something that is likely not going to end very well. Be forewarned these are the same people who rig elections and wish to bring America into a massive global war to save their (((special interests))). Not sure, but I'm guessing these new FEMA camps are being built for those who dissent and refuse to be cannon fodder in their new wars. They certainly have our replacements coming into the country in droves!

If you don't follow the Constitutional law, you basically ARE committing a crime, thus not immune at that point. That was the ruling.

However you want to spin this, laws define crime. If you break that law, it defines the crime. If the President has authority under Constitutional law to save a batch of classified documents then he did not commit a crime to begin with. If he kept information from the public, and that was his Constitutional authority to do so, he did not commit a crime.
You know, the first sign you should hunker down and be ready to defend yourself and family is when the internet and/or power goes down. This governor would only be broadcasting "defend yourself!" if she were to cut off the internet and/or power grid.
Relax. They want the end to the US Constitution, it would give them all the more power. SCOTUS simply put those people in their place is all, and fortified what they can do and what they cannot do.
This is not really a "plan" so much as bad karma. When certain people abuse their authority, we still have a Judicial system that can override their ability to continue abusing power. Doesn't mean it works 100% of the time, maybe only 50% of the time, but it's what we have today and we have to at least protect that much of what legitimacy and balance of power we do have left.
The only way to "fix" Constitutional laws (and thus authority) would be to change it. That is hard to do because it requires a majority of Congressional approval to do so.

Biden could store classified documents and keep state secrets too, that is also his Constitutionals authority.
