I think Q team needs to step in and help rebuild this board. Someone took some code out of the board, or there is a bot/whatever that is tying up this board and the same time tying up posting spot where Q drops are. Both running like an engine w a spun bearing

Cells go to towers, then hit fiber lines underground. Cell towers are only the "wireless" end of transmitting to cellphones. You have computer it is already jacked into the network. So distance, atmosphere.. any certain redirects that sit between your cellproviders network to main interwebbings really.
