Bay Area Credit Union Patelco has been down for 3 days and members shit out of luck on the First of the month.

Talked to Patelco on the phone and found out:

$500 per day out of atm

$1000 out of co-op bank per day MAYBE depending

MAYBE more than $1000 out of branch

They won’t cover third party fees not associated with auto pay, unknown otherwise.
They said you should be able to withdraw so long as it is no more than $500 from an atm or $1000 from a co-op bank/ branch (depending). However, while this works for most I have seen one or two people say atms told them they had no account so it might depend. they currently are unable to view balances. Currently, incoming transfers will not be posted, including Zelle, ACH, direct deposits, a scheduled Patelco account-to-Patelco account transfers, and wire transfers. We suggest contacting the person or business making the transfer to make alternate arrangements. They also said We are unable to view overdraft sources and If you experience a late fee at Patelco connected with this serious security incident, we’ll take care of you once our systems are back up and running as usual.
