You can always choose to grow your own food, fish or hunt. In nearly all US States you can still legally do that. Especially when it comes to non-incorporated/rural areas across the country, which ALL states still have. Might be different if you live the city life though.

Although it still costs money and takes time growing food. Same goes for fishing and hunting. Nothing is really "free" afterall. There are resources needed to do just about anything.

Rust belt anon btw.

It did not grant immunity from actual crimes, it told the bias shitheads running our government they cannot prosecute Trump for NOT committing any actual crime. They basically said "re-read the US Constitution and the President's authority!" is all.

So it's not really official, yet, but the outcome of several more European elections coming up might see his movement growing enough to take back power for the people within the EU. Sounds like good news for Europe.

They have no solid evidence he did anything wrong or outside his Constitutional authority. That would make him immune from prosecution, yes. Unless they dig up solid factual evidence of an actual crime committed. Challenging an election is not a crime. It never has been in American history. Democrats have certainly done the same many times over!

>They can claim they were in their constitutional authority. Then what?

Then, like what has happened, this will go challenged in the courts all over again. It should not be that way but the way this country is divided it probably will in the future.

>We do not need Supreme court decisions on things. We need the Peoples voices and opinions actually heard.

But you cannot rely on average people deciding something as complex as challenges of legality without a Judicial system. Do you realize how insane that would become, how divided so many people would be, or how confusing it would be for so many people to comprehend? Therefore we have institutions, separate from the government, to handle such highly debatable cases. It's not perfect but it is not easily fixable either.

The system is very complex, it's not just one sole person or group controlling everything. It is a constant power struggle between special interest groups and between average people too. There are oligarchs who love Biden and hate Trump just like there are oligarchs who hate Biden and love Trump.

>Get rid of the legal system then.

It would end in anarchy and violence. That is the problem. We need a rule of law, a Constitution to protect the rights of people and public officials, with institutions that know who to balance that power and make hard decisions when laws & regulations are challenged. Imagine if a bunch of gun-toting Americans (left & right) took the laws into their own hands. Anarchy would follow.

Anarchy often ends in vigil-ante justice and extraordinary conflict and violence. We are not dealing with a rational public today. There is so much division from within it would inevitably collapse the country. I guess if that is a risk you'd be willing to try but at the very least it would lead to balkanization and the breakup of America, and areas/communities where some are allowed and others are not.

Time to cope, just like we had to cope when they rigged the election and we were not able to legally challenge it. I don't know why these people are so radicalized they can't accept not getting their way for once? Pathetic.

True, then you have to have the people willing to enforce it. Where is the right to due process though? That's obviously an important part of having any freedom. The ability to prove innocence or not. Take that away anyone can charge you with anything they want if they don't like you or agree with you.

Probably the best way to go about that would be to get rid of the federal government and allow each State and local jurisdiction to set their own laws and enforcement of such laws. Although, that would be defined as balkanization, for better or for worse. Parts of Africa have that right now. Some places are safe, others highly dangerous and some outright have conflict with one another.

To be fair, it's been gutted throughout the years going back to the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 and the adoption of the income tax. I think what we need to do is have strong institutions re-enforcing it and limiting federal power once again. That includes stopping witch hunts against political rivals.

>The Amish do fine without all of this nonsense. We the People would do fine too.

Yes, true. Note that these are highly isolated rural communities in non-incorporated areas though with like-minded people working together isolated from much of the general public.

I think we need to abolish the income tax and private property tax. Use the sales tax to help fund infrastructure and as far as schooling, allow everyone to homeschool or network local homeschooling programs with one another.

I will say this, even though Trump is no where near perfect, he at least along with some grassroots conservatives have a lot better chance reforming the system to more of our liking. What we do not need is more of the Californianization of this country, which clearly we get from most neo-con RINOs and Democrats. If there is a step to fixing it this it will take some time and a lot of incumbents (both left & right) need to go. The political division is the root problem to solving when needs to be done to better our country. I also like some of what Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is saying but he doesn't stand a chance against Biden or Trump.
