I'm not talking about setting up camp on the street. I'm talking about someone falling asleep on a park bench being arrested. My wife and I have walked in several parks around me and found homeless people sleeping in the woods. They're not harming anyone.

The Truth is, everyone wants to share in the prosperity when the country is prosperous, but you don't want to share in the pain when it's not. You don't even want to be reminded of people suffering. So, make it illegal in the land of the free to sleep where you can see them.

Love your neighbor as yourself. Your individual rights do not trump others individual rights. Sleep is a biological necessity. You jogging in the park (or whatever) isn't. That ruling allows them to criminalize sleeping in a park even when no shelter is available.

That's not liberty.
