TOPEKA – Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach said he won a preliminary injunction by pushing pause on the implementation of President Biden’s Title IX transgender regulations Tuesday. The Title IX regulations from the Biden administration would have required public schools across the United States to allow biological males who identify as females to use the same locker room facilities as biological girls, according to a news release from the attorney general’s office. Kobach’s office said it would also require public schools and universities to let biological males who identify as females to compete in girls’ sports.
