I was more offended by him taking credit for taking out Biden, I assume meaning taking him out of the race, and referring to him as "an old broken-down pile of crap".
I don't feel it's wrong to point out his comment lacks humility and he is talking to a group of young men who probably look up to him.

I wonder how Trump feels about being surrounded by sycophants? Does he even realize it? Does he care?
I am not a shill; I am a free-thinking Trump Supporter.
A better characterization of the debate would be that Trump couldn't have lost unless he wanted to. Not because of his performance, but because in this debate, he was debating a man seemingly in an advanced stage of dementia. Essentially calling Biden "an old broken-down pile of crap" is making fun of a handicapped person, which should offend the sensibilities of most properly functioning human beings.
Additionally, it indicates a lack of self-awareness, hopefully temporary, and flagrantly takes for granted his own health, which is a blessing.
Can you lay out that argument sound reasoning?
