This strikes anon as if they are not actually trying to verify voter rolls.
1) If voter moved, no one would reply.
2) If voter died, no one would reply.
3) False voter will use voter's address.
Who is coming up with the process to verify voter rolls? Seems to me the county/entity isn't trying to actually verify anything.
