Wondering if you caught the person who dragged my neighbor's garbage bags in the middle of the night, leaving one directly in front on my property across the street. They do this to cause animosity, as they also broke the rest of my curb, and last week the neighbors landscapers used their heavy stand-on mower to scorch part of his lawn. Maybe this is a setup so they have an excuse to call the police which I am sure they will instigate as they always do. Not going to tolerate any BS from any of them. Libtards.
