Have you ever encountered this hacking behavior before (directed against my iPad)?

-Add a Downloads folder (no matter how often deleted) to Files (local storage only enabled previously by me) at random times.

• Put PDF screenshots of my current display into Downloads at random times.

• Rearrange Recents in Files into a pattern that is not from my activity.
