Washington Examiner White House Correspondent Christian Datoc speculates whether Michelle Obama could be “motivated” to run for president after Joe Biden’s slide in the polls.
This comes as US President Joe Biden has declared he is 'staying in the race' during a campaign rally in the state of Wisconsin.
“She has some of the highest approval ratings of any Democratic figure,” Mr Datoc said.
“This is a long shot, I don’t expect it to happen but it’s not outside the realm of possibility.”

President Biden has rejected calls for him to drop out of the US presidential race, saying he would only step aside if "the Lord Almighty" told him to.
In an interview with ABC News, he hit back at critics - blaming his poor debate performance on tiredness and a "bad cold".
