Trump approval rating tops 50% as he leads Biden on voters' top two issues: poll

Former President Trump's approval rating has surpassed 50%, as the presumptive Republican nominee leads President Biden on voters' top two issues, according to a new poll.

The poll by USA TODAY/Suffolk University was conducted on a sample of 1,000 registered voters between June 28 and 30, after Biden's stalled and stumbling debate performance against Trump sent shock waves through the Democratic Party. It shows 51% of respondents said they approve of Trump's job performance as president from 2017 to 2021, compared to 41% who said they approve of Biden's current job performance.

Regarding two of the top issues of the 2024 campaign, the economy and immigration, more registered voters said they believed Trump would do a better job than Biden.

The poll found 53% of registered voters trust Trump to handle immigration compared to 40% who said the same for Biden. (You can tell Fox polls are shit when Bidan is trusted at 40% for immigration, they really have the most dishonest pollsters, just like Brett Baire on Nov 3, 2020 announcing AZ going to Bidan at 9 pm. They are all dishonest)

Respondents also viewed Trump as more capable than Biden of handling national security, 52% to 42%, and on dealing with China, 51% to 41%.

Biden scored higher than Trump on just two of the six key issues the poll asked about:race relations and healthcare(Bullshit, no one would believe that, FOX sucks badly). The poll found 51% of registered voters believed Biden is the better candidate to handle race relations, compared to 41% who said the same for Trump. On healthcare, Biden scored better than Trump, 50% to 40%.

Respondents also viewed Trump as more capable than Biden of handling national security, 52% to 42%, and on dealing with China, 51% to 41%.

Trump is leading Biden overall 41% to 38%, a three point jump for the Republican since USA TODAY's previous poll in May, though that's within the bounds of the poll's 3.1% margin of error.

‘Ready for Business’ – Farage and Allies Being Sworn Into Parliament.

Nigel Farage and four other Reform Party representatives are being sworn in at the Palace of Westminster, alongside hundreds more Members of Parliament (MPs) elected on July 4.

The Brexit leader says his team are “ready for business.”MPs are sworn in by offering a traditional oath of allegiance to the monarch, over or while holding the Holy Bible or another religious text:

“I swear by Almighty God that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Majesty King Charles, his heirs and successors, according to law. So help me God”.

A “solemn affirmation” can be offered in place of a sworn oath; an option initially instituted for Quakers and other Christians who do not swear oaths. It is now most popular with atheist politicians:I do solemnly, sincerely, and truly declare and affirm, that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Majesty King Charles, his heirs and successors, according to law.

Among the Reform contingent, former Conservative Party deputy chairman Lee Anderson is the only one with previous experience in Parliament, with Farage joking, “If anything goes wrong today, it’s down to Lee Anderson!”

Farage made his first comments in the House of Commons as members were invited to endorse Sir Lindsay Hoyle as Speaker—typically a less partisan position than in the United States.

He backed the incumbent while chastising his predecessor, John Bercow, for “besmirching” the office by seeking to overturn the Brexit vote after 2016.

French Far Left Demands 90% Tax on Those Earning $430K+

France’s New Popular Front (NFP) is pushing an extreme tax hike after winning snap legislative elections.

The far-left bloc wants to impose a 90 percent tax rate on annual income over €400,000 (~$430,000).

This radical proposal sets the stage for a clash with President Emmanuel Macron.

Despite his Ensemble bloc falling to second place in the National Assembly and third by share of the popular vote,Macron wants to install a prime minister of his choosing.(this is why I don’t like the Macron, he is entitled, arrogant and petty)

Macron called the snap elections in response to Marine Le Pen‘s National Rally winning the European elections.

The National Rally won again in the first round, but the NFP and the Macronists formed an electoral pact to push Le Pen’s party into third place in the second rounddespite the fact that they won the popular vote by a wide margin.

The NFP, an alliance of Jean-Luc Melenchon’s France Unbowed Party with the Socialists, Communists, Greens, and others, is now the largest force in the National Assembly.

Alongside the 90 percent tax rate,their government program includes lowering the retirement age, increased by Macron, from 64 to 60, capping prices on certain goods, raising the minimum wage by 14 percent, and pledging at least €150 billion in spending over three years.

Macron’s prime minister, Gabriel Attal, has tendered his resignation, but the president is keeping him in place until at least the end of the Paris Olympics, irking the NFP.

Reports suggest that Macron hopes to form a “rainbow coalition” comprised of the Macronist bloc and NFP parties other than Melenchon’s France Unbowed, which would foster incredible tensions, considering that Melenchon is the NFP’s leading figure.

Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, argues conflicts between the far-left and Macronists could result in fresh elections being called once a mandatory cooling period expires.
