If a person is born into a Mafia Organization, a Mafia Crime Family, it isn't their fault.

But at some point in their life, they must realize what is going on. They must realize that they are benefiting from the criminal aspects of their "Family Business."

They might not be lying, cheating, stealing, murdering, blackmailing, bribing, embezzling, coercing, sabotaging, infiltrating, showing nepotism, etc., but they are benefiting from being part of the organization that does these things to acquire wealth, power, and control.

So to what extent are these people guilty? Will they be swept up in RICO?

Or will they be able to claim Plausible Deniability?
