Probably part of diabetes is not only cyanide that destroys tissue and thickens the blood so that the pancreas cannot push out insulin but most of these targeted individuals are also attack with radiation catalyst to it all. This would explain all diabetics have low gut flora. Why? Because the radiation is killing the flora. And is probably why many diabetics also have problems in the mid section also like kidney, pancreas, bladder, and liver deterioration because of the radiation.
