I’m praying that the 13 angry democrats get their day in court defending themselves from charges of treason. It will be the trial for all ages and a great show. It needs to be public and Trump is just the man to pull it off.

This article made me like Kavanaugh even more. What is wrong with calling HRC a bitch…she is. This could show bias and why is that important? I’m not a legalanon but, if anybody like a former president or secretary of state is prosecuted for treason in public, especially HRC, I would think it will end up in the Supreme Court. Would Justice Kavanaugh have to recuse himself?

Treason is the only crime defined in the U.S. Constitution.

What the Constitution says:

Article III, Section 3:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted

What Congress says is the law:

US Code, Title 18, Chapter 115, §2381. Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Less than 40 people in the US have ever been prosecuted for treason, only a few have been convicted. 3 people have actually been executed.

A last note: BHO appointed 2 single women, with no children to the Supreme Court. Who exactly are they thinking about when they make decisions about the future of the U.S? Their cats? I will never vote for a Politician with no children again.
