Can you please fly a drone and see if you can see what type of machine he is using. He will surely start casting toxic dust with it soon. This dust binds to the corneas. Even after we cleaned up on our side from the cuts, he later dumped more pine needles where we cleaned. In the evening he had company and my wife and I were outside enjoying the breeze but when they went inside the sound started up again, they think we are stupid.
