Huma Abedin and Alex Soros Engaged

by Cristina Laila Jul. 10, 2024

A match made in Democrat hell!

Hillary Clinton’s gal pal Huma Abedin, 48, is engaged to far-left billionaire George Soros’ playboy son Alex Soros, 38.

Alex is the son of George Soros and the Chair of the Open Society, the largest donor to Democrat politics.

Huma Abedin was previously married to disgraced Democrat politician Anthony Weiner. Weiner served 21 months in prison for “transferring obscene material to a minor.”

According to Page Six, Soros and Abedin got engaged six weeks ago in Italy.

Page Six reported:

Huma Abedin and Alex Soros are engaged, Page Six has exclusively learned.

Sources tell us Soros popped the question six weeks ago, and the couple were spotted recently celebrating the happy news in Italy.

“The best way I can describe the relationship is effortless,” a friend of Abedin’s for over 15 years tells Page Six.

“After a lot of tumultuous years for Huma, she’s relaxed and happy and in love,” the insider added.

It was revealed the two were dating after Alex Soros posted an Instagram story of the pair in Paris, France on Valentine’s Day.

The pair were seated at a café in Paris. Huma held a red rose as she posed next to Alex Soros.

Alex Soros recently made headlines after he tweeted out a photo of a bullet hole and 47 dollars – a direct threat to Trump.

Last year George Soros, 93, passed the torch to his younger son, Alex Soros, who will now control his father’s $25 billion financial empire.

The Gateway Pundit reported Alex has quietly become a de-facto White House “ambassador,” making at least 17 visits there on behalf of the far-left kingmaker since Joe Biden took office.

Ukraine Seizes Cargo Ship, Detains Captain for Exporting ‘Looted’ Grain

Reuters July 11, 2024

KYIV, July 11 (Reuters) – Ukraine seized a foreign cargo ship in the Black Sea off its Odesa region and detained the captain on suspicion of helping Moscow export Ukrainian grain from Russian-occupied Crimea, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) said on Thursday.

Kyiv has accused Russia of trading stolen Ukrainian grain since the 2022 war began. Ship seizures, however, have been rare and shipping sources said they were concerned about possible retaliation at a critical time in the year as Ukraine grain exports reach a peak.

The vessel repeatedly docked at the Crimean sea port of Sevastopol to pick up agricultural products in 2023-24, the SBU said, describing the loads as “looted.”

Ukraine’s Prosecutor’s Office in a separate statement identified the vessel as the Cameroon-flagged USKO MFU.

An official with the vessel’s Turkey-based ship manager Iyem Asya told Reuters that the vessel’s current cargo was loaded in Moldova.

“The ship, while under our ownership, did not take any cargoes from Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine and never used Ukrainian ports,” the official said.

“Ukrainian soldiers boarded the ship while it was sailing along the Danube with a Romanian pilot present. They forcibly anchored it on their side of the river. Our lawyers are now pursuing the case.”

Russian forces occupied large parts of Ukraine’s southern agricultural regions in the first year of its invasion and Kyiv has accused Russia of stealing and destroying its grain, as well as trading it.

The SBU said the captain and 12 crew members helped Russia to export Ukrainian grain taken from the occupied south to the Middle East for sale on behalf of Russia.

“The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime and identify other persons involved in the illegal activity,” the SBU said.

In its statement, Ukraine’s Prosecutor’s Office said that on one of its voyages in November 2023, the USKO MFU loaded over 3,000 metric tons of agricultural products in Sevastopol intended for a Turkish company.

The ship last reported its position on July 8 at anchor near Ukraine’s Reni port along the Danube River, LSEG ship tracking data showed on Thursday.

Ukraine’s Prosecutor’s Office said the vessel had been detained after entering Reni waters and then presented with an arrest order.

The captain, a citizen of a South Caucasus country, could face up to five years in prison for violating travel restrictions governing Ukraine’s Russian-occupied territories, the SBU said.

The Odesa hub is crucial to Ukraine’s Black Sea exports that it has revived without Russia’s assent after Moscow quit a UN-brokered deal last summer that had allowed Kyiv to export food during the war with Russia.

Asked if there had been a change in Ukrainian policy, a source in law enforcement told Reuters on Thursday: “This is our policy. This vessel and the captain worked for the occupiers and now he entered the waters controlled by Ukraine. And we had an immediate reaction.”

In 2022, Ukrainian authorities detained a vessel carrying Ukrainian wheat to investigate its alleged Russian owner, court documents showed.

Separately, in 2015 Ukrainian authorities arrested a Turkish-owned cargo ship and detained its captain over a visit it made to Crimea.

Philly Shipyard Sold to Hanwha for $100 Million

Mike Schuler June 20, 2024

U.S. shipbuilder Philly Shipyard will be sold to South Korean conglomerate Hanwha in a deal value at $100 million. The confirmation comes after months of rumors that the two parties were exploring an acquisition.

Oslo-based Philly Shipyard ASA announced Tuesday it has agreed to sell Philly Shipyard, Inc., its sole operating subsidiary, to Hanwha Systems and Hanwha Ocean, two Hanwha subsidiaries, via a share purchase agreement (SPA) with a cash consideration of $100 million.

The agreement will see the first Korean shipbuilder with operations in the U.S.

The transaction marks the end of Aker Capital AS’s two-decade stewardship of Philly Shipyard, formerly known as Aker Philadelphia Shipyard. Aker Capital AS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Norwegian holding company, Aker ASA.

“Reflecting on the past 17 years, I am personally grateful for the opportunity to have worked side by side with the people of Philly Shipyard and eagerly anticipate witnessing the shipyard’s continued growth and success in the future,” said Kristian Røkke, Chairman of Philly Shipyard ASA.

Hanwha Ocean, previously Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME), is one of South Korea’s “big three” shipbuilders. Following DSME’s acquisition by the Hanwha Group in 2023, the conglomerate has been undertaking an effort to bolster its global influence in shipbuilding, most recently with a bid to acquire Australian shipbuilder Austal, which was ultimately rejected. Philly Shipyard has a history of using Korean designs in their shipbuilding.

Philly Shipyard, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is known for being one of the few American shipyards capable of constructing ocean-going ships in compliance with the Jones Act. Currently, the shipyard is engaged in several commercial and government projects with a backlog until 2027, including the construction of five federal training and humanitarian ships for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Maritime Administration. Commercial projects include an offshore wind Subsea Rock Installation Vessel (SRIV) for Great Lakes Dredge and Dock and three 3,600 TEU containerships for U.S.-based shipping line Matson.

The transaction is subject to approval by the Committee of Foreign Investments in the US (CFIUS) and other regulatory authorities. Pending the satisfaction of all closing conditions, the deal is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The acquisition comes as U.S. Navy Secretary Carlos Del Toro has been pushing for Korean investment to help revitalize commercial and naval shipbuilding facilities in the United States. Del Toro’s recent visit to South Korea, where he met with Hanwha executives, was part of his Maritime Statecraft initiative. This initiative aims to restore the U.S. as a comprehensive maritime power to counter China’s aggressive global shipbuilding dominance.

“Hanwha’s acquisition of Philly Shipyard is a game-changing milestone in our new Maritime Statecraft. This will bring good paying union jobs to Philadelphia, a city with a 250-year relationship with the U.S. Navy,” said Secretary Del Toro. “Knowing how they will change the competitive U.S. shipbuilding landscape, I could not be more excited to welcome Hanwha as the first Korean shipbuilder to come to American shores—and I am certain they will not be the last.”

Philly Shipyard said in a statement that the board of directors will outline the company’s future strategy and structure, including plans for the use of proceeds, following the completion of the transaction.

The acquisition comes during a period of transition for Philly Shipyard. After delivering two containerships to Matson in 2019, the shipyard shifted its focus to government newbuild and repair contracts due to a lack of Jones Act newbuild orders. The yard caught a break in early 2020 when it won the contract for the National Security Multi-Mission Vessels from Tote Services, on behalf of MARAD. The shipyard marked its return to commercial work in 2021 after receiving the contract for a Subsea Rock Installation Vessel from Great Lakes Dredge & Dock, followed by the follow-up order from Matson in 2022. However, the shipyard continues to face pressure to increase its order backlog beyond 2027.

Arctic Securities has verified the fairness of the transaction from a financial perspective.

Black Box. The Black Box Pic was posted by Q on the 27th Of July 2018 [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1725] in Reply to the WARNING Stay alert post back in February 2018.

Anons found the black box stands alongside bus shelter 'S' by Westminster Abbey in London. Its precise location is outside No 4 Victoria street. No 4 Victoria Street used to have a branch of the corrupt HSBC bank and Anons found out it is the home of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC House). Other tenants of the building seem to have links to Iran. The building across the street from the black box is the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

The black box is about a 11 minute walk from Thames House, the home of the Security Service [MI5] and a 23 minute walk from the Secret Intelligence Service [MI6]. Q's Picture of the box featured a Qanon sticker with a White Rabbit, the text said "The Storm is Coming". Subsequent pictures of the box always shows that lots of stickers have been put on the box, it seems to be a popular "Slap Tagging" location but Anons think this could be a form of discreet communication either by White Hats or Black Hats. A recent visit to the box by an anon shows the box in desperate need of repainting because it has been constantly scrubbed clean by street cleaners indicating a massive amount of stickers has been put on the box in the last 2 years.

Joe Biden Goes Rogue at Union Meeting, Grabs the Mic and Starts Rambling Before Feed Abruptly Cuts!

by Cristina Laila Jul. 10, 2024

Joe Biden on Wednesday dropped by a meeting of national union leaders at the AFL-CIO headquarters in DC.

There was no enthusiasm for Biden at the union meeting (even though they were paid to be there). It had a ‘funeral-like’ atmosphere.

“I think of you as my domestic NATO — not a joke,” Biden said.

“I said I’m going to be the most pro-union president in American history,” Biden said. “Well guess what? I am.”

As usual, Biden was incoherently rambling about a bunch of different topics.

At one point Biden went off-script in an attempt to be relatable and it went down hill from there.

“You know, I come from a household with a three-bedroom – we weren’t poor, but we didn’t have anything left over at the end of the month and uh, you know, three-bedroom house, four kids, grandpop lived with us…” Biden said.

“I look back now and wonder how my dad handled those thin walls,” Biden said.

Biden wasn’t finished after he wrapped up his remarks. He went rogue, grabbed the microphone and started rambling about DEI before the feed abruptly cut.

“More minorities! More women! More labor! I’m serious! Think about it! That’s who we are! That’s why we’re strong! That’s why we’re diverse!” Biden shouted before the feed abruptly cut.

Biden’s handlers herded the press out of the room as Biden rambled about DEI.

This is what happens when Biden speaks without a teleprompter.
