Mr. Biden: Find me a mainstream economist who said we haven't done well. What have we not done that hasn't working right now?

Reporter: What is it about her attributes [Harris] and her accomplishments over the last four years that make her ready to serve on day on, if necessary?

Mr. Biden: First of all, the way she's handles the issue of women's bodies; to have control over their bodies. Secondly, her ability to handle almost any issue on the board…I wouldn't have picked her unless I thought she was qualified to be president.

Mr. Biden: I created two thousand jobs just last week.

Mr. Biden: What I hear them say [European allies] is, "you gotta win". You can't let this guy [inaudible]. He'd be a disaster.
