They count up the popular vote in all the states that signed on to the pact, and those states them vote as a block for whoever got the popular vote.
Example.
Say NM (low population) actually went for Trump…. but the states with super large populations go for Biden (or whoever their opponent is).
The NM delegates instead of casting the electoral college votes for Trump, wind up voting for Biden(or whoever).
The CHEATING DEMS RAMMED this thru (as did other states, after Trump won……)
NOW…. up is down, left is right, etc. Right?

In a reverse example…. if enough of the states in the pact have more votes for Trump…. the other states in the pact have to vote for Trump…. even if an individual state votes for Biden(or whoever).

Trump could actually get damn near all the electoral college votes…. and the cheating Dems will have no on to blame but themselves…
