Judge orders that Tina Peters cannot compel production of Dominion emails that her attorney claim contains exculpatory evidence to defend herself!!!

From the Judges Order

"I do not find the requested materials are evidentiary or relevant."

"Dominion is pressuring law enforcement, there is no record support to believe that emails

between Dominion and the Secretary of State have any bearing on whether Defendant

committed the crimes. No showing has been made that any of these purported emails

have anything to do with these allegations or would show that she didn’t commit the

crimes."

"Further, the issue of election equipment is collateral. The jury will not be asked to

address any questions regarding the functioning of election equipment. The issues in this
