The stage is now set for Trump to roll out his VP pick.
It won't be a career politician.
This is not another four year election.
It will be someone who provides 'the insurance policy'. They have to leave Trump alone once he's sworn in because if they kill him, they fear the other guy more.
There's only one guy I know who fills that role.
Are we really surprised that Biden has yet to make a statement on an assassination attempt of the frontrunner for President of the United States when he won't even give RFK JR secret service protection after they killed JFK and RFK?
Now is the time for every American who loves our country to step back from the division, renounce all violence, and unite in prayer for President Trump and his family.

Although we don’t yet know exactly what happened, we should all be relieved that former President Trump wasn’t seriously hurt, and use this moment to recommit ourselves to civility and respect in our politics. Michelle and I are wishing him a quick recovery.
