I know that everyone is saying dude on the roof is the shooter, but I'm skeptical as to why in that video of dude on roof just laying there looking dead, wasn't surrounded by LE, why there wasn't a dude there checking his pulse, seemed like TOO long of a response just in the time frame of that clip even.There is no way in hell he's up there that long without being mobbed by LE, nfw! they would be all over it to secure the target.
