if you were looking down the bore of the gun, the APPARENT velocity of the bullet would be ZERO
it would just shrink in size as it moved away from the camera
relatively cheap video cameras can record at 4K and 120 fps, so the bullet would move AWAY 20 feet per frame
easily enough to be able to watch a stationary point recede away from the camera
MY point is that the angle makes a HUGE difference, and given the proper vantage point, it's NOT necessary to get a SOTA high speed rig
