A reporter's regular digital camera cannot capture a flying Bullet.
Only a special HIGH SPEED CAMERA can capture a Speeding bullet.
Very Expensive Camera. The Frames per Second is astronomical to capture a flying bullet.

and speeding bullets don't conveniently trail white smoke as in that MSM photo from faaar away.
