The SS should have complete control of 1200 meters in case of a sniper rifle like an m107. 150 meters is like 450 feet and with the average rifle it is extremely easy to hit a target at that range with a little practice. This guy had to crawl on his belly into position and they did not see?

We need to see if he was SS or just imitating but if he was, why would he be moving people, and why did he just squat and do nothing? We need to find out who he is and why he did what he did because it seems to show fore sight. Did he have a gun in his right hand?

This whole thing is starting to stink to no end. Two snipers in 42 seconds and they didn't take the shot? That means he was allowed to take the shot and they waited to kill him till after his job was done.

>When witnesses alert police about a man on the roof and are ignored can only be 2 things

>1) They needed the movie to play out

>2) inside job

Correct but we have to put all the pieces together to make a determination of all events. Like why was SS moving people behind stage and did he have a gun already drawn?
