NOTABLE

the attack was planned at a level that required significant preparation. it could not have been done by some rando. they knew where the USSS would be placed, and they exploited the only terrain weakness possible. it would have required some ground work and significant inside efforts to pull off.

based on the damage to the back of his neck, he was literally shot through the mouth from the front left side, and the bullet exited out the back right side of his head. it could have only come from the roof top USSS, who likely had to hit him through the tree. USSS may have actually fired a round before the shooter fired, but with a blocked view by the tree, it would have been very challenging to get it right. you can see USSS start firing like crazy once the shooter fires his first shot. the USSS guy on the roof had to have been next level accurate to hit the fucker through the tree.

yes, but that is because USSS director pulled the security detail to a minimum. so they had to place only a minimum team to defend. They may have operated on the assumption that local security sweeped the area, and they were last line of defense? since operation from the bad guys knew this would be lightly defended, they exploited the weakness in the terrain.
