The vertical angle of the bullet likely not from up on the water tower, but perhaps on the farside of the other taller building in the AGR complex. Notice too, all MSM aerial pics excluding this portion of the AGR building..
Proposed location: 2nd (actually trained) sniper on this rooftop, to appear to coincide with patsy location.
