As the investigation moves forward:
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is full forensic "scrub" of suspect's "digital exhaust” by lead agency, FBI.
Phones, texts, emails, computers, social media, security cameras near the rally etc.
This data builds the all important timeline to determine if indicators of suspicious activity were missed as well as potential evidence of pre-meditation, reconnaissance of the rally site/surrounding buildings and possible motive.
This process should be well advanced at this early stage.
