The trained cabal marksmen was in the treeline in the water tower direction, directly to Trump's right. He looks right, and it zips behind his head. That doesn't look like it would happen from the AGR building shot.

Anyway I think the camera was running video, and he pulled the one frame. I have done that many times. You get the best pictures that way. I don't know why a professional photographer would do anything else these days. Just run video & pull frames later.
