A 20 year old lone-wolf kid from another part of town, just so happened, in an unfamiliar part of town, to find the one building which wasn't secured by the Secret Service. Then he was able to get 5 shots off, before the SS even started to fire back.

But then again, CNN always just so happens to be in the right place, at the right time. They just happened to be at Roger Stone's home, minutes before a pre-dawn raid began.
