Tried to do some research. far as I got was the company itself, and its CEO.
Nothing too suspicious I found, except maybe their Delft-connection (where they have a research facility – possibly paired with Delft University)
Maybe he really just crawled up there because someone told him, and it was unrelated to owner ofg the building … don't know.
