Watch the angle of the SS Anti-Sniper barrel second by second to get an idea of where SS is looking when eye on scope.

Was the SS Anti-Sniper doing nothing?

Where was he looking?

Second by second, it looks like he is bringing head up, looking around, putting eye back on scope, moving barrel/scope to whatever he wants to look at. Repeat.

Is there anyway to determine from these pics if the barrel was aimed towards the water tower area or the roof?

Another thing. Upper right area of the bleacher stand. At first his cell is aimed generally towards SS Sniper. 0:04

At 0:08 the man next to him in the white shirts points (towards the water tower? or roof?)

This guy filming towards the left of the bleachers when shots are heard. He doesn't flinch, keeps filming. Was he filming the roof? The jumbotron?
