GOP Congressional investigators are furious after former FBI attorney Lisa Page issued a statement through her attorney notifying a jount House panel that she would ignore a subpoena to appear on Wednesday because she wasn't allowed access to documents by the FBI.

Page's attorney, Amy Jeffress, claimed that "Lisa and I went to the FBI today to review the materials that were previously produced to Congress related to her propsed interview, but after waiting for more than three hours, we were not provided with any documents."

"The Committees have not honored this request," Jeffress said. "As a result, Lisa is not going to appear for an interview at this time."

On Wednesday morning, however, Freedom Caucus chairman Mark Meadows tweeeted that Page and her attorneys did review the requested documents at the FBI on Tuesday, and that "Her failure to appear before Congress this morning had little to do with 'preparation'–and everything to do with avoiding accountability."

British SAS dog rips out jihadi gunman’s throat to save soldiers

he animal tore the throat out of one gunman as he shot at the Brits.

It then attacked two others, leaving them seriously injured.

Six more jihadis fled.

The incident occurred in the north of Syria two months ago but details of the dog’s bravery can only now be made public.

The six-man team had taken along a Belgian Malinois, a breed of sheepdog known for its strength and bravery.

As the patrol entered the village they left their vehicles and were attacked from all sides by waiting terrorists.

The SAS men returned fire but the jihadis began closing in and tried to outflank them.

One source said: “The SAS found themselves in a 360-degree ambush.

“The initiative was with the terrorists and the only hope for the British was to try and make a run for it.

“The handler removed the dog’s muzzle and directed him into a building from where they were coming under fire.

“They could hear screaming and shouting before the firing from the house stopped.

“When the team entered the building they saw the dog standing over a dead gunman.

“His throat had been torn out and he had bled to death. There was also a lump of human flesh in one corner and a series of blood trails leading out of the back of the building.

“The dog was virtually uninjured. The SAS were able to consolidate their defensive position and eventually break away from the battle without taking any casualties.”

The SAS commander is understood to have reported that their escape from the ambush was directly due to the dog’s bravery.

The patrol returned to the village several days later and met local elders who told them several of their young men had been tortured into providing details of the planned meeting.

Our source said: “The team listened to the villagers’ explanations about the ambush and accepted them.

“They have since been welcomed back many times and have trained a small militia who are now capable of defending the village.”

So far nothing worth mentioning has come outta Rosenstein or Mueller. Aside from all the theatrics Cohen, Manafort, etc. there's not much to work with from them other then innuendo.
