My theory on the Trump shooter is that he was groomed by FBI. The kid was a loner according to fellow students, and he was bullied. The boy joins a shooting club, which according to their website gets volunteers to assist with kid programs. A worker or volunteer at the club identifies this boy as a potential asset to perform their false flags, then befriends him, trains him, and grooms him. They probably gave him money and gifts.
I keep thinking back to the story about the Oklahoma parents who sued fbi for grooming their boy to plant bombs.
