I was looking at hires for my business today, and I see some freelancers with 100% completion and I'm thinking, NOBODY GETS 100% The way you get 100% is by asking me to change your numbers, saying you'll lose your livelihood and your kids will starve. "Common Mr. Rich Yankee, why you say I only get 95%, you want my Chun Lin sarve?" Fine jackass, your stats are whatever you say they are.

Needless to say, the 100% are not of interest to me. With the 99%-95%, I can be assured they get it done most of the time, and that their stats are at least a plausible LARP.

What do I think in a dispute of which I can prove no facts but someone has found a way to make themselves out to be 100% in their own estimation? I think my hiring practices should let you know where I stand. Don't ever tell people you get 100%. If you do get 100% consistently, I suggest you find a way to evaluate yourself that leaves you some room for improvement, I got no time for people who admit that they don't think they can improve. They may be wrong about themselves, but I'm gonna trust them on that one.
