He tells a story that occurred sometime in the late 80’s.

Stone had been asked by Trump to do some lobbying on his behalf. Upon contacting Trump and requesting a meeting with him that afternoon to discuss the lobbying matter.

Trump agreed to take the meeting with Roger Stone. This change of plan saved his life.

His plans initially were to join three colleagues on a helicopter flight from NewYork to Atlantic City.

The helicopter later crashed killing all onboard.

I know one was a current casino chief. He was also quite successful. Another was to be the head chief upon the casinos opening which occurred 6 months later. Not sure about the third.
