Well add this to your mental file:

“The sharp shooter shot to the left…..he killed the gentleman in the water tower here.”

I really think there were two shooters, the one on the building, & the real (professional) sniper on the water tower.

Seems like a very real possibility that they thought Crooks was handled & had their eye on the water tower shooter, but once they realized Crooks was left “unhandled”, quickly had to take out both.

Definitely looking like an inside job. And the good guys thought things were under control, but something went sideways bc of an inside traitor ALLOWED things to go sideways.
