I’m calling bulkshit on the 5’ ladder.
No on, and I mean no one, builds a walkway between buildings w a 5 roof.
That ladder has 8 steps plus the black top shelf area. It’s def not 5’ - more like 8’.

As a (retired now) firefighter, we had to throw a 12’ ladder , ALONE, to pass state fire standards.
