I've had a growing suspicion about Nicholas and I just realized that the dates confirm it.

There was a Nicholas Prychodko who was a professor in Kiev who came to Canada in 1952 roughly and became an engineer in Toronto. But he died in 1980. This means that this man with the same name, in the same city and who worked in engineering related professions is likely to be the son of Nicholas the author, and Lara is likely the granddaughter of the author.

It is interesting that Nicholas the immigrant and Olga his wife, have not left much of a trace that can identify their relatives. I find this whenever researching people who are likely to be CIA agents or working in that kind of business.

In Canada, the right wing extremists Ukrainians make sure to have people in all levels of government and the media in order to continually push their narrative. They are not evil Nazis but just poor victims of evil Communists. Russia is evil today because it is run from Moscow. Jews are evil because they came to Ukraine from Moscow and did bad things to the peasants.

The only way this narrative still exists is that the Ukrainian Canadian community puts a lot of effort into indoctrinating their young, through a wide variety of groups and social events. They do not want their young to breed with outsiders. They constantly push a certain political viewpoint and the learning and the USE of the Ukrainian language. Teenagers are expected to be able to write essays on political and historical themes in correct grammatical Ukrainian and at the same time they must express the correct revisionist views of history. They are often sent to Ukraine to live, maybe to marry, and some have even ended up with important Ukraine government positions. The Ukrainians in the USA do the exact same thing.

The believe that Ukraine should be above all others. Apologists will say that just means they love their culture best, but young people let the cat out of the bag when they wear military style insignias that say SLAVEOWNER or SLAVEMASTER in Ukrainian.

More on Nicholas Prychodko

The first photo taken about 1953 is the book writer who wrote many books and articles. I believe that he probably wrote in Ukrainian and they were translated by his Canadian born wife Olga who also wrote a book Waskatenau Girl.

The second I believe to be Nicholas junior but many people named the same as their father do not use such name endings because they move in different circles. So this would be Lara's father and the book author would be her grandfather.

Wow.

Found a newspaper book review for Olga's book that essentially confirms all I wrote.

She was definitely the wife and translator for the book author:

Through her new husband, the author Nicholas Prychodko, Olga also became engaged in translation and editing work for numerous Ukrainian-Canadian authors

But right at the end of the article…

Nicholas is Olga's son.

So Lara's father is Nicholas Junior and she is the granddaughter of the right-wing extremist Ukrainian book author

Attached is the newspaper article…
