This is Huge! I worked (briefly) for the feds and the power that the union had and the abuses of the system were gigantic. Removing the union from the workplace is fucking GENIUS!
All of the union stewards I knew did not do ANYTHING in the way of their work requirement, they spent their entire working day for the union at taxpayer expense.
I can't tell you how much this will help to make government agencies more responsive to the public and accountable to their managers. Huge, just fukking huge.
