Anyone been digging on Victor Ebai?
This story is so weird and it seems that the USSS were either involved in a chase that started in downtown DC or were on the look out before it happened…

No, those brick townhouses are very common in the area. There are many Ebai family members in the area (see LinkedIn) and many are professionals, some employed in the computer tech industry. There is also a Victor Ebai in the UK involved with business Intel software, this could be the father, but "Victor" is apparently a common name in this family, who are all from Cameroon. There are some geopolitical ties between Cameroon, the UK (Boris) and China. The family is largely Christian in religious belief and seem to be good folks overall. Its just so weird that the guy ran and they haven't found him yet, but they are not charging the male passenger that was with the suspect. Maybe the car was taken over remotely like the one that went rogue during POTUS motorcade a while back, but if so, why run?
