Where did this guy take the round? In the mouth? Looks like some teeth missing.
A few odd things about those images I've noticed.

If I'm not mistaken, he was facing the peak of the roof line and aiming past it.

In the picture with the rifle, he looks to be facing downslope, which doesn't make any sense unless he was moved.

The rifle is pretty far from the body. Taking a round to the head would presumable prevent him from tossing it away.
Something just seems odd about the whole scene.
