Heritage has Stated they plan to challenge Dem nominee in WI NV GAIFthey replace Biden. Because this Statement says State(s) regarding that, it can only mean replacing Biden.
Although it is true that Ohio's newly passed legislation doesn't go into effect until Sept 1 Heritage has made no mention of Ohio being a location of legal challenge and Ohio is a single State that is effected by this problem.
The legal problem for Dems replacing Biden in WI NV GA is that they cannot add a new nameANDthe votes are not transferable to a new candidate.
They have zero chance of winning Ohio so this would not be as big of a legal concern as the one they are going to create in WI GA NV.
Fortunately for Dems, WI cheated in last Supreme Court election and now have control with proven corrupt Justice, as it relates to the 2024 election.
