Ukrainian neo-Nazis planning European PR tour
The 3rd Assault Brigade is advertising live meetings with its soldiers across six EU states in a bid to recruit more troops
Ukraine’s 3rd Assault Brigade, which includes fighters from the notorious neo-Nazi Azov Regiment, has announced plans to embark on a tour of EU countries.
In two separate posts on Facebook last week, the unit said its service members would travel to nine cities inPoland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic, and Lithuaniain late July and early August. Participants at the events will be able to speak with Ukrainian soldiers to learn “the truth about serving in the brigade” and hear stories from the front lines, one of the posts said.
One of the tour’s goals is to encourage more people to take part in the fight against Russia, either directly or indirectly, the other post stated. Attendance at the events costs around €20 ($22) depending on the location.
The 3rd Assault Brigade was officially formed in early 2023. It includes many members of the neo-Nazi Azov Regiment, widely suspected of multiple war crimes, which has been fighting in Donbass since 2014, when hostilities erupted in the region following a Western-backed coup in Kiev.
The unit is led by Andrey Biletsky, who has been described as white supremacist and nationalist with a particular distaste for Jews.The brigade also uses a modified emblem of the Wolfsangel, used by several German divisions during World War II, including the 2nd SS Panzer Division Das Reich, which was notorious for its war crimes.
During the Ukraine conflict the Azov Regiment took active part in hostilities near the cities of Artyomovsk (known as Bakhmut in Ukraine) and Avdeevka, both of which were captured by Russian troops after weeks of fierce fighting.
The unit’s members are poised to embark on a PR trip after their counterparts from12th Special Operations Brigade ‘Azov,’ which also incorporates numerous Ukrainian neo-Nazis, released a video in which its soldiers brutally executed an apparently unarmed Russian soldier. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called the unit “fascists” who “should be eliminated,” arguing that the incident was yet more proof of Kiev’s war crimes.
Moscow has repeatedly said that any foreign mercenaries fighting for Ukraine will be “legitimate targets” on the battlefield.

FBI stumped over Trump shooter’s motive – AP
Investigators have not established what drove the man, the agency reports
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has so far failed to establish what drove a 20-year-old man to open fire at US presidential candidate Donald Trump at a campaign rally on Saturday, the Associated Press (AP) news agency has reported. (Are you fucking kidding me, he wanted to kill the former president. What motive are the looking for? If they find no “motive” what are they going to say, “we don’t know why he wanted to kill the former president?Are they going to say all the lies of the media and attack on Trump has no affect?)
The FBI has conducted an extensive search in the three days following the assassination attempt, cracking into Thomas Matthew Crooks’ mobile phone, scouring his computer, home, and car, as well as interviewing more than 100 people, but the “mystery” motive remains as “elusive” as the moment the shooting happened, the agency outlined.
According to a law enforcement official briefed on the ongoing investigation who spoke to AP on condition of anonymity, the shooter’s phone had not immediately yielded any meaningful clues about his motive.
Crooks’ high-school classmates described him as a “smart” but “odd” young man who was bullied almost daily for wearing hunting outfits, and for continuing to wear a mask after the Covid-19 pandemic was over. He reportedly did not talk to anyone.
So far, neither a suicide note nor any writings or social media posts have been uncovered that could explain his reasons for targeting Trump, AP said.
Crooks is said to have been a member of a local shooting club for at least a year. The day before the shooting, he went to the rifle range to practice, AP reported, citing a federal intelligence briefing.
Armed with a semi-automatic AR-15 rifle, Crooks opened fire at Donald Trump’s campaign rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday while lying on the roof of a nearby building. A spectator was shot and killed, while a bullet grazed Trump’s ear. Two other people were seriously wounded. Crooks was killed with a shot to the head by a Secret Service counter sniper.
